Grape Sorbet


I'm not a sorbet person. Bleh...too much tang and additional tastes and I loose the actual fruitiness.

But I love these. Partly because they are so simple to make.

Buy seedless grapes, red or green

Remove from stems

Wash them

Let them dry

Put them in a freezer bag

Freeze

Pop 'em in your mouth one at a time or in multiples.

Hi!
You have such control? I am ecstatic if I eat vegetables. I lived on chocolate, Coke and cigarettes for most of my teens & 20s. At one point I figured out that I had gained 50 pounds since "high" school.

I'm slowly getting better but I need a lot of work....still I am a carnivore.

This summer I went down to South Dakotee and lived on cheap beer/steak/pie every night for 10 days!!!

Oh, Donn...if it was difficult I wouldn't do it. I have no idea what "moderation" means, much less being able to "do" it.

ps...nuttin wrong with meat. I wish I liked it..and that kind of diet is a must for people on vacation..especially in a Dakota ;)
